Relias, a healthcare-focused learning and outcomes platform, seeks a Director of Connected Workflows to define and deliver cross-solution workflows that span Learning, Performance, GRC, Experience Management, and Content. The role owns the connected experience and delivers through product roadmaps, partnering with multiple teams and stakeholders to maximize value for healthcare providers.

You will lead market analysis, roadmaps, and KPI-driven initiatives while guiding PMs and UX designers

Qualifications

• 8-10 years in Product Management, with 3-5 years leading cross-product or integration initiatives in SaaS.
• Understanding of APIs, microservices, and interoperability standards (e.g., FHIR).
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Strategy, Digital technologies, or related field.
• Demonstrated record of delivering initiatives spanning multiple product teams and securing roadmaps.

We are seeking a Director of Connected Workflows to lead the definition and delivery of the workflows that run across our product lines. This role owns the connected experience across our Learning, Performance, GRC, Experience Management, and Content solutions, making sure they work together as a single suite for the healthcare provider. The role delivers through the roadmaps of the individual product teams rather than through a dedicated development team of its own. This role reports directly to the VP, Platform, AI & Connected Experience

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

• Market Analysis: lead cross-product research into how customers actually work across our suite, including emerging trends, competitor movement, and adjacent industry influences, identifying the workflows and integration points where connecting our solutions creates the most value for the healthcare provider market.
• Product Roadmap: own the connected workflow roadmap, its prioritization, and its OKRs. Secure committed capacity on individual product roadmaps so that cross-cutting workflows are delivered by the teams that own each product, with no ambiguity over ownership. Partner with the Technology and Platform teams to determine software development delivery milestones and dependencies.
• Stakeholder Management: collaborate with the product lines and business stakeholders to ensure all priorities are understood and considered. Ensure clear articulation and organizational enablement of the value proposition and differentiators of the connected experience across the suite. Support go-to-market (GTM) strategies in partnership with Product Marketing.
• Performance Management: Partner with Client Care to understand how customers move between our solutions through instrumentation and direct feedback, aligning, creating and then monitoring adoption and success KPIs for cross-product workflows. Work closely with customers to prioritize new workflow development and address the customer challenges that fall between our products.
• Team Leadership: Lead a cross-product community of Product Managers and User Experience Designers without direct authority, mentoring the organization in workflow and journey design and fostering a culture of customer obsession, technical excellence, and data-driven decision-making.

YOU'VE GOT WHAT IT TAKES IF YOU HAVE:

• 8-10 years in Product Management, with 3-5 years leading cross-product, platform, or integration initiatives with SaaS Technologies.
• Understanding of technical architecture, including APIs, microservices, and interoperability standards (e.g., FHIR).
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Strategy, Digital technologies, or a related field
• Demonstrated record of successfully strategizing, building and scaling complex products, API ecosystems, or data infrastructure.
• Demonstrated record of delivering initiatives that span multiple product teams, securing roadmap commitments and holding teams to them without direct authority.
• Experience designing end-to-end user journeys and workflows that cross product, team, and system boundaries.
• Critical thinking and adaptability to new technologies.
• Ability to apply a strategic, KPI/metrics-driven mindset.
• Flexible, cross-functional team player, especially with marketing, sales and client care disciplines, comfortable with a fast-paced, often ambiguous, continually evolving environment.
• Ability to positively influence others at all levels in the organization, including cross-functional leaders and the executive suite.
• Strong presentation skills with ability to educate and inspire small groups as well as large conferences and online audiences.
• Excellent organization and people skills, with the ability to set priorities, get buy-in, problem-solve, multi-task, and work well independently.
• Exceptional communication, prioritization, collaboration and time management skills.

IT WOULD BE IDEAL IF YOU HAVE:

• Product Management roles within Healthcare SaaS or Healthcare Technologies.
• Understanding of healthcare provider operations, regulatory requirements, and the complexities of provider ecosystem software solutions.
• Experience with platform, shared services, or integration teams, and with AI-enabled workflows.

IN OFFICE REQUIREMENT:
