Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in product management or healthcare technology.
- At least 2 years with EHR platforms or interoperability solutions.
- Proven experience developing product strategies and roadmaps.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
- Experience managing complex technology products with multiple stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Own product strategy and roadmap for key workflow products.
- Define a multi-year vision and growth strategy for assigned products.
- Establish product KPIs and measure business outcomes.
- Develop business cases and investment recommendations.
- Identify opportunities to enhance provider workflow integration.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to translate strategy into actionable tasks.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to drive product enhancements.
