This role owns the Claims Status and Happy Together with Health Plans products, ensuring capabilities align to provider needs, enterprise priorities, and EHR partner opportunities. The Product Manager drives adoption, product growth, and business outcomes by identifying market opportunities, defining product direction, and partnering with technology, implementation, operations, and vendor teams to deliver scalable solutions. This role serves as the business owner for assigned products and is accountable for product vision, roadmap development, performance measurement, and ongoing product evolution. The Product Manager, Workflow Solutions leads the planning, development, and optimization of workflow-based capabilities delivered through Humana 's EHR Channel. The role is responsible for defining product strategy, developing multi-year roadmaps, establishing success metrics, and prioritizing investments that create value for providers and enterprise stakeholders. The Product Manager collaborates closely with Product Owners, implementation teams, vendor partners, technology teams, and business stakeholders to ensure solutions are aligned with provider workflows and organizational priorities. The position evaluates market trends, customer feedback, vendor capabilities, and performance data to identify opportunities for growth and product enhancement. The role exercises significant independent judgment in balancing competing priorities, recommending investments, managing product performance, and driving achievement of business objectives.
