Job summary
Humana is seeking a Product Manager for Workflow Solutions to own the strategy, roadmap, and performance of provider-facing workflow products delivered through Humana's EHR Channel. You will lead initiatives with a focus on simplifying provider workflows and driving adoption across health plans and enterprise stakeholders.
You will collaborate with Product Owners, vendors, and technology teams to prioritize investments and measure outcomes that create value for providers and Humana’s enterprise
Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management, healthcare technology, interoperability, or related experience.
- 2+ years of experience with EHR platforms, provider technology, or interoperability solutions.
- Experience developing product strategies and roadmaps.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
- Experience working with complex technology products and multiple stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Own product strategy and roadmap for Claims Status, Happy Together with Health Plans, and emerging products.
- Define a multi-year vision and growth strategy for assigned products.
- Establish product KPIs and measure business outcomes.
- Develop business cases and investment recommendations.
- Identify opportunities to improve provider workflow integration.
- Partner with Product Owners to translate strategy into executable work.
