Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a healthcare informatics professional to promote IT usage in clinical settings and serve as a bridge between clinical practice and Information Services. You will support clinicians and care teams across the care continuum while analyzing, designing, implementing, evaluating, and optimizing clinical information systems and workflows.

In this role you will collaborate within project teams under the guidance of senior informatics leaders, leveraging experience with EHR systems

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in BS in Clinical discipline, Information Technology/Informatics, Business, Education, Management, Communications, or related field or, equivalent education/experience.
• 2 years in a position that has the same or similar primary duties working with a clinical information system within a healthcare setting.
• Experience with EHR systems.
• Experience with benefits and challenges of adult learning.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a professional role model in promoting the use of information technology in healthcare settings.
• Act as a liaison between clinical practice and Information Services.
• Support clinical and interprofessional caregivers throughout the care continuum.
• Analyze, design, implement, evaluate, optimize, and maintain clinical information systems and workflows.
• Work collaboratively within project teams under guidance from senior informatics leaders.
