Ideal candidates will have an associate degree (bachelor preferred), at least two years in healthcare, EMR experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualificações

• Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years experience in healthcare setting required.
• EMR experience preferred.
• Licensed/registered in a clinical field required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking.

Responsabilidades

• Support clinical workflow training, adoption and competency.
• Act as liaison between clinical operations and IT staff to optimize EMR usage.
• Provide end-user training and on-site/remote support; develop clinical workflows.
• Create and analyze reports using multiple reporting mechanisms.
• Participate in committees to standardize and optimize clinical informatics changes.
