Qualifications

• Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years experience in healthcare setting required.
• EMR experience preferred.
• Licensed/registered in a clinical field required.

Responsabilités

• Assist assigned departments/users with utilization of Sanford's EMR and associated technology.
• Research, analyze and make recommendations for workflow improvements.
• Create and analyze reports using multiple reporting mechanisms.
• Provide high-level customer service with all support and training requirements.
• Develop and support clinical workflows; participate in committees to standardize and optimize informatics changes.
