Job summary

Adventist Health Roseville and shared service teams seek an EHR Onboarding and Training Specialist to support clinics, hospitals, and care settings across the network. You will lead onboarding, training, and ongoing EHR support, collaborating with medical staff, IT, and vendors to optimize workflows and user adoption.

This role emphasizes change management, data-driven insights, and cross-functional collaboration with operational leaders to drive performance improvements.

Qualifications

• Associate's/Technical Degree in patient care or related field required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Three years related experience preferred.
• Experience with EPIC is preferred.
• Healthcare certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Supports end-users (clinical, ancillary, support staff) in clinics or hospitals through EHR training including onboarding and first 30 days, and routine updates.
• Collaborates with medical staff, clinic managers, nursing education, IT, and vendors to optimize EHR use.
• Identify retraining and skills improvements through data from EHR and rounding with users.
• Assist users to personalize EHR settings for efficiency and productivity.
• Participate in change management activities including incidents and change requests with stakeholders.
• Engage in market/system projects for new service lines and performance improvement initiatives.
