Qualifications

• Associate’s/Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Required
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Preferred
• Healthcare IT application/technical experience: Preferred
• Epic Certification/Accreditation in area of responsibility: Required

Responsibilities

• Maintains routine system software and service level agreements with end‑users.
• Analyzes workflows and designs system components to support optimal operations.
• Follows project work plans and coordinates duties with teams; assists in risk mitigation.
• Provides training and ensures system documentation is current and accessible to customers.
• Performs on‑call duties and travel for go‑live events as needed.
• Performs other job‑related duties as assigned.
