The role involves managing system updates, ensuring compliance with policies, and supporting after-hours on-call duties, with travel up to 25% for on-site support during go-lives and critical events.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent; minimum five years of healthcare IT experience, including five years in Epic applications; Epic certification in the relevant area is required, with preferred certifications in Bones or Wisdom. Experience with Occupational Health workflows and Epic Occupational Medicine module is strongly preferred.
