Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience supporting an EHR system in a behavioral health setting.
• 1 year of prior experience with CareLogic or NextGen EHR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support to users in EHR system.
• Triage system issues and resolve within scope.
• Assist in maintaining EHR workflows and documentation.
• Conduct training and testing for new features.
