Integrated Services for Behavioral Health is hiring an EHR System Analyst to support the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system in Central, OH. This role includes daily support for users and collaboration with clinical staff and IT teams. The position requires 2-4 years of EHR support experience and offers a salary between $54,000 and $69,000 annually based on experience.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience supporting an EHR system in a behavioral health or healthcare setting.
• 1 year of prior experience with the CareLogic or NextGen EHR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support to end users across clinical and operational teams in their use of the EHR system.
• Triage system issues and escalate complex issues to the Senior EHR System Analyst or vendor.
• Serve as the point of contact for user questions and routine technical assistance.
