Qualifications

• High school degree or GED is required.
• 2-4 years of experience supporting an EHR system.
• Experience with CareLogic or NextGen EHR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support to end users.
• Triage system issues and escalate as necessary.
• Assist with maintaining EHR workflows and documentation.
• Deliver initial EHR training to new staff.
