Qualifications

• 1 year of prior experience with the CareLogic or NextGen EHR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support to end users across clinical and operational teams.
• Triage system issues and escalate more complex issues.
• Conduct initial testing of minor changes or updates to the EHR system.
