The Analyst will provide training and frontline support to users, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with clinical and IT teams.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience supporting an EHR system in a behavioral health or healthcare setting.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA.

Responsibilities
