Job summary

Colorado Coalition for the Homeless seeks a QI & A Specialist to lead quality assurance for supportive services documentation within the EHR. The role involves coordinating training, chart reviews, audits, and continuous improvement across all teams.

Ideal candidates have at least two years in healthcare data analysis and experience with EHR workflows, case management, and supportive services documentation, with a trauma-informed care mindset and strong inter-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of professional experience in a healthcare environment performing technical analysis, data management and communication.
• Two years of experience with case management, peer specialist or supportive services documentation.
• Experience with development and training of electronic health records preferred.
• Experience in the behavioral health industry helpful.
• Understanding of homelessness and trauma-informed care.

Responsibilities

• Provide workflow training, technical assistance, and supervision of supportive services documentation in the EHR.
• Monitor and ensure the quality of documentation in the EHR through audits and reports.
• Run and analyze data, identify trends, plan quality improvement projects, and retraining as needed.
• Report audit results and compliance measures to leadership and identify risks for staff training.
• Maintain training platforms and LMS paths in response to policy and EHR upgrades.
• Collaborate with QI & A team members to deliver governance and support to staff.
