Job summary

Northeast Family Services (NFS) is hiring a full-time Clinical Data and QA Coordinator to manage EHR-related projects. This role involves tracking productivity reports, collaborating with the QA Manager, and establishing KPIs while supporting the behavioral health programming remotely from RI, MA, NH, or NY.

The ideal candidate will have at least a high school diploma and a minimum of 2 years of experience in data analytics and EHR technical support. Strong knowledge of software like Word, Excel, and Outlook is essential.

  • Act as project coordinator for Clinical Quality projects, including establishing KPIs and monitoring compliance
  • Identify and troubleshoot EHR-related issues, ensuring efficient workflows for end users
Required qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in data analytics
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with EHR technical support and administration preferred
  • Experience in supporting behavioral health programming
