Job summary

Heart of Florida Health Center in Ocala, FL is seeking an EHR User Support Specialist to provide expert support for the eClinicalWorks system to clinicians and staff. You will oversee production and test eCW platforms, serve as the primary user liaison for operational functions, and deliver end-user training and go-live support.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in computer science, healthcare administration, or related field.
• Experience with eClinicalWorks (eCW) preferred.
• 2+ years in a technical support role.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for eCW issues.
• Respond to end-user requests and manage support tickets.
• Provide second-level eCW support with technicians.
• Deliver EHR training and create training materials.
