Job summary

Heart of Florida Health Center in Ocala, FL is seeking an EHR User Support Specialist to assist clinicians and staff with the eCW EHR. You will oversee day-to-day support for production and test platforms, serve as the primary user support contact, and help with training and system configuration.

Responsibilities include reviewing workflows for best practices, supporting go-live activities, monitoring user adoption, and researching new features to integrate into standard procedures.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in computer science, healthcare administration, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a technical support role.
• Experience with eClinicalWorks (eCW) is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical staff.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for all eCW issues and requests.
• Respond to end-user requests, create tickets with eCW, and resolve problems quickly.
• Provide second-level support by creating cases with eCW and coordinating with technicians.
• Build and maintain provider and department tables in the system.
• Deliver EHR training to new employees and update training materials.
• Collaborate with Clinical, Operations, Finance, and other departments on workflows.
