Cynet Systems Inc. in Richmond, VA is seeking an EHR Stability Analyst to support Local Health District users and align the EHR with operational and clinical needs. You will improve system stability, usability, and end-user satisfaction.

You will gather requirements, develop user stories and acceptance criteria, assist in testing, and collaborate with technical and business teams to drive enhancements and successful deployments.

Qualifications

• Experience providing application support, preferably in healthcare environments.
• Document requirements and analyze system enhancements.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of clinical, pharmaceutical, and patient billing workflows.
• Experience in structured testing cycles.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Teams, SharePoint, and Visio.
• Experience with EHR systems preferred.
• Knowledge of Oracle Health/Cerner platforms and health workflows preferred.
• Experience with SQL, Oracle databases, or web app environments preferred.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and documentation practices preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive support to EHR users across Local Health Districts.
• Triage, troubleshoot, and escalate issues as needed.
• Monitor and maintain key EHR workflows, processes, and procedures.
• Engage stakeholders to understand operational needs and gaps.
• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements for system enhancements.
• Develop user stories and acceptance criteria for Agile teams.
• Support functional, integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Collaborate with technical, clinical, and business teams.
• Create user documentation, job aids, and training materials.
• Help ensure successful EHR deployment, stability, and ongoing improvement.
• Contribute to interim solutions and long-term system improvements.
