Responsibilities

Business Analyst

candidates will need to be onsite and go to Local health districts as part of EHR rolling go live. Looking for candidates only within 50 mile radius of Richmond.

The EHR Stability Analyst plays a vital role in ensuring the successful deployment, adoption, and continuous improvement of the Virginia Department of Health's Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. This role supports Local Health District end users, evaluates workflow needs, documents enhancement opportunities, and partners with technical teams, business stakeholders, and vendor organizations to ensure the EHR aligns with operational and clinical requirements. The analyst will also contribute to interim solution development and help define strategies for long-term systemimprovements.
