Job summary

Tuba City Regional Health Care Corporation (TCRHCC) is seeking an Electronic Health Record (EHR) Application Support Analyst to optimize, implement, and support critical healthcare IT systems. The role acts as a liaison between clinical users, IT teams, and vendors to ensure smooth daily operations and effective end-user support.

Qualified candidates will have a BS in a related field and multiple years of EHR experience in healthcare settings, with strong problem-solving and communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IS, healthcare informatics, CS, or related field.
• At least 4 years supporting EHR in a healthcare delivery system.
• At least 1 year supporting EHR applications in a hospital or healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• EHR System Configuration & Maintenance: build, configure, maintain, and optimize EHR modules and templates.
• Workflow Analysis & Process Improvement: analyze workflows and design optimized system solutions.
• Application Support & Issue Resolution: provide troubleshooting and support for user requests.
• Testing, QA & Deployment Support: lead unit/integration/regression testing and deployments.
• Change Management & System Enhancements: perform maintenance per ITIL/change control.
• Data Integrity & Reporting Support: assist with data quality and regulatory reporting.
• Documentation Management: create and maintain technical docs and user guides.
• Training & Knowledge Transfer: develop training materials and train end users.
• Project & Implementation Participation: contribute to projects and act as analyst on implementations.
• Ticket & Service Management: manage support tickets and document actions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with healthcare teams to improve adoption and quality.
• Compliance & Record Accuracy: ensure EHR entries are accurate and compliant.
• Participation in Organizational Initiatives: support departmental workflows and initiatives.
• Work Schedule Requirements: participate in on-call rotations and after-hours support.
• Safety & Infection Control Compliance: adhere to safety and infection control protocols.
• Ensure proper PPE and safe donning/doffing practices.
• Complete routine cleaning/decontamination tasks for contaminated surfaces.
• Other Duties: perform related duties as assigned.
