Ensure data integrity, reporting and regulatory data requirements.
Create and maintain technical docs, guides, and training materials.
Deliver training and knowledge transfer to end users.
Participate in project teams and act as an analyst during implementations.
Prioritize tickets and collaborate with cross-functional teams for issue resolution.
