Job summary

Community Health Centers of the Central Coast seeks an EMR Application Analyst & Trainer to optimize clinical information systems, coordinate technology initiatives, and develop workforce training for the PACE program. This role bridges Clinical Operations, IT, Quality Improvement, Compliance, and PACE leadership to ensure systems support participant-centered care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Health Informatics, Public Health, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
• Minimum three (3) years of progressively responsible experience in healthcare operations, clinical informatics, healthcare information systems, EHR, project management, workflow improvement, training, or related field.
• Experience supporting and optimizing EHR systems and other healthcare information systems.
• Licenses/Certifications in healthcare informatics, project management, EHR or training are strongly preferred.

• Optimize workflows to support participant care delivery.
• Lead technology and operational initiatives for EHR implementations and upgrades.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for decision-making.
