Job summary

Sacramento Native American Health Center, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Application Coordinator to implement and support multi-service clinical software across EMR, EHR, and document management systems. The role reports to the Information Technology Manager and may travel to different sites as needed.

The CCA will customize templates, coordinate software upgrades, and assist with Meaningful Use and quality improvement initiatives. Strong collaboration with QI and clinic staff is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in community healthcare setting or primary medical care.
• Familiarity with RPMS, NextGen, Epic, HEDIS/CMS/GPRA measures, Meaningful Use measures, and Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
• Ability to work effectively with Native American people in culturally diverse environments.
• Demonstrates troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent time management and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Implements and supports multi-service software packages across clinical modules.
• Manages and customizes note templates and EMR-related workflows.
• Coordinates implementation of new clinical software products and workflow training.
• Ensures data collection and quality improvement activities align with Health Measurement requirements.
• Supports Meaningful Use reporting and health indicators coordination with IHS.
• Maintains user accounts and access control for clinical systems.
• Troubleshoots electronic health information issues as first responder to tickets.
