Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical and functional support to staff for navigating the EHR across multiple sites.
• Troubleshoot EHR issues and collaborate with HIPAA/IT to ensure compliant access controls.
• Develop and deliver comprehensive EHR training programs for staff and new hires.
• Create training materials and evaluate program effectiveness across various delivery modes.
