Job summary

Veterans Affairs seeks an on-site Construction Manager/Administrator (CM-CA) for the Electronic Health Record Modernization (EHRM) project at Cheyenne VAMC. The CM-CA will oversee operations, renovation, and new construction, supporting EHRM with scheduling, QA, cost control, and documentation.

Strong communication and contractor coordination are essential. Requirements include 3+ years in CM, OSHA-30, and proficiency with construction practices and project software.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of construction field experience performing CM tasks.
• Completion of 30-hour OSHA Safety Training within 60 days of NTP.
• Working knowledge of construction practices and QA, safety, time, cost, change, information management.

Responsibilities

• On-site CM-CA for EHRM project and support to CO/COR.
• Assist in scheduling, design reviews, code compliance, testing, and QA oversight.
• Maintain records, conduct progress meetings, and manage change orders and submittals.
