Job summary

APSI Construction Management is seeking a Construction Manager/Administrator (CM-CA) for the Electronic Health Record Modernization project at the Dallas Veterans Affairs Medical Center. This role demands a professional with a minimum of three years of construction field experience, who can effectively manage and oversee the construction activities throughout the project duration.

The CM-CA will work closely with the Contracting Officer and their representative, ensuring quality assurance in all work conducted and serving as the key point of contact for project updates and issues. Communication and software skills are essential for success in this role, enhancing coordination and project documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of construction field experience.
• Working knowledge of construction practices.
• Experience in monitoring construction for Quality Assurance.
• Ability to prepare, analyze, and identify deficiencies in contractor's work.
• Experience presenting projects at a similar scale.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative assistance related to EHRM construction.
