Infinite Computer Solutions seeks a Software Engineer specializing in Healthcare Integrations to architect, build, and maintain data pipelines linking our platform with EHR systems and health information networks.

Candidates should have deep healthcare interoperability experience, knowledge of TEFCA/QHIN frameworks, and a strong background in secure data exchange compliant with HIPAA and NIST standards.

Qualifications

• Extensive HL7 v2.x integration experience (ADT, ORU, MDM).
• Deep knowledge of HL7 FHIR STU3/R4 and SMART on FHIR security.
• Familiar with TEFCA governance, QHIN frameworks, and health data exchange networks.
• Experience building/maintaining healthcare data pipelines with EHRs.

Responsabilités

• EHR Integration Delivery: Design, develop, and deploy scalable integrations with major EHR vendors.
• Interoperability Pipeline Architecture: Build data transformation engines to parse and map data across formats.
• National Network Engagement: Implement data sharing frameworks per TEFCA and QHIN architectures.
• Security & Compliance Implementation: Ensure HIPAA, SOC 2, and NIST compliance; implement secure auth frameworks.
• Monitoring & Operations: Logging, alerting, and error-handling for high-throughput pipelines.
