Job summary

Infinite Computer Solutions seeks an Interoperability Consultant to facilitate healthcare data exchanges between Provider organizations and Elevance Health. You will develop, implement, and manage HL7v2 interfaces, collaborating with analysts and developers to translate business needs into technical specifications.

The role requires hands-on HL7v2 experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines across projects.

Qualifications

• 3+ years reading and manipulating HL7v2 messages with interface engine output.
• Proficiency with VPN, SOAP, TLS, SFTP protocols.
• Hands-on HL7v2 with direct experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Provider organizations and analysts to understand and develop interface requirements.
• Deliver configuration documents to Provider and Elevance Health.
• Submit connectivity tickets via ServiceNow (SNOW).
• Analyze Provider data and translate requirements into interface specs.
• Provide status reports to project management staff.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate deliverables.
• Develop test plans for quality assurance and validate interfaces with downstream systems.
• Monitor post-live interface performance and support transition.
