Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum: Bachelor's degree and 5 years of specialized IT experience, or an Associate degree with 7 years.
• Experience in IT Project Management, Database Management, and Information Security is required.
• Experience with vendor management, contracts, and customer relations in IT environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multidisciplinary team across hospital sites for statewide EHR implementation.
• Provide guidance and coordinate with stakeholders including procurement, vendors, and IT staff.
• Conduct onsite readiness assessments and address barriers and risks.
• Oversee onboarding, training, and knowledge transfer for hospital staff.
• Refine EHR system workflows and perform gap analysis with technical teams.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies during rollout.
• Deliver ongoing training and support to hospital staff and IT teams.
