Job summary

Ease Health is hiring for a hands-on EHR Implementation Specialist in New York. You will own implementations from contract through stabilization, configuring environments, roles, and workflows, and leading workshops across clinical and revenue cycle teams.

You will migrate data, validate systems, train staff, and collaborate with product and engineering to close gaps. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in EHR deployment and strong ownership in fast-paced settings.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of EHR implementation experience.
• Experience implementing EHR, practice management, healthcare operations, or other complex workflow-driven platforms.
• Comfort configuring systems, not just project managing them.
• Experience building forms, workflows, permissions, templates, user roles, and operational settings.
• Experience supporting enterprise deployments with 100+ users.
• Comfort in a fast-paced environment with real ownership and autonomy.
• Ability to manage client expectations across concurrent accounts.

Responsibilities

• Own multiple concurrent EHR implementations from contract signature through go-live and stabilization.
• Act as the primary project lead: timelines, milestones, risks, and stakeholder communication.
• Configure customer environments including roles, permissions, security settings, forms, templates, workflows, and operational settings.
• Translate clinical, operational, and billing workflows into scalable system configurations.
• Lead implementation workshops across clinical, medical, operations, intake, scheduling, and revenue cycle teams.
• Manage data migration, system validation, user acceptance testing, and go-live readiness.
• Train administrators, super users, and frontline staff.
• Partner with product and engineering to close gaps and improve how we implement.
• Own internal communication throughout the implementation.
