Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least two years in a role with data and software usage.
• Strong MSSQL and Office Suite proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Super-User for EHR software and maintain its use.
• Gathers information and generates compliance reports for leadership.
• Primary staff for CDC quarterly file audits.
• Develops recommendations and implements data improvement solutions.
• Defines new data processes and prevents data quality issues.
• Automates data preparation and report rendering where possible.
• Acts as single-point contact with EHR partner for issues.
• Documents processes for best-practice data entry and reporting.
