Job summary

BHcare is seeking an analytical EHR Data Report Writer & Developer II to design, develop, and maintain reports, dashboards, and data extracts supporting clinical, operational, financial, and quality initiatives. You will partner with clinical, operational, quality, and financial teams to translate needs into effective reporting and EHR solutions.

The role requires advanced SQL skills, production experience with reports, HIPAA knowledge, and strong problem-solving and communication abilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Health Informatics, or related field; at least two years of report development experience, or four+ years in lieu of degree.
Advanced SQL skills including multi-table joins, subqueries, stored procedures, and query optimization.
Experience developing reports and supporting applications in a production environment.
Knowledge of HIPAA requirements and PHI management.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain reports, dashboards, and data extracts for clinical, operational, financial, and quality initiatives.
Partner with BHcare departments to translate business needs into reporting and EHR solutions.
Configure, test, implement, and support EHR enhancements, workflows, forms, interfaces, and system upgrades.
Troubleshoot reporting, application, and data issues and provide user training.
