Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Technology or related field preferred.
• At least two years in a professional work environment heavily utilizing software and working with data.
• In-depth understanding of MSSQL and Office Suite products.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a Super-User for the utilized EHR software and assists in its development and maintenance.
• Gathers information and generates compliance reports for program leadership staff.
• Writes and runs SQL queries to identify data issues and extract meaningful data for reports.
• Automates data preparation and report rendering, where possible.
• Documents approved processes related to best-practice entry, reporting, and servicing of client data.
