• Ensure accurate and timely client status changes and billing data.
• Conduct regular audits and generate compliance reports.
• Coordinate with clinicians, billing and admin to complete documentation.
• Follow HIPAA requirements and safeguard PHI.
• Communicate with service providers to obtain missing documentation.
