Arisa Health, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Discharge Coordinator to manage client discharges in the EHR system, including summaries, appointments, and payer data. The role requires meticulous documentation and coordination with clinical leadership as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience handling administrative duties in a medical/clinical setting is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities with accuracy.
• Proven attention to detail in documentation and data entry.
• Ability to work independently and organize workload effectively.
• Willingness to adapt duties to meet business needs.

Responsabilités

• Process discharge summaries and close client records in the EHR system.
• Ensure draft documentation and future appointments are resolved.
• Remove client from caseload lists and end payer information appropriately.
• Review discharge reports at least weekly and complete tasks to finalize discharges.
• Consult with clinical leadership as needed to address barriers to discharge.
