Job summary

Guidehouse seeks a Change Management and Adoption Consultant to support EHR implementation, preparing end users and delivering on-site change tools. You will be the go-to resource for new users, analyzing workflows end-to-end and ensuring readiness for go-live.

Responsibilities include training, change management execution, and sustaining activities, with strong stakeholder engagement and client-facing deliverables. Travel up to 75–100% is required as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 3–5 years in change management or training.
• Willing to travel 75–100% and work long on-site shifts.
• Experience with Oracle Health/Cerner EHR as user or clinician.

Responsibilities

• Support change management strategy and implementation plan.
• Deliver change management communications to inform the organization.
• Provide insight on change impacts across organizations and personas.
• Support go-live and sustainment activities.
• Develop client-facing work products and deliverables.
• Assist business development for the VA account.
