Job summary

Harris County Public Health is seeking a qualified supervisor to lead the Ryan White Ending the HIV Epidemic (EHE) program for the Houston EMA. The role oversees grant administration, compliance with HRSA/HAB, and coordination with subrecipients to improve access to HIV prevention, care, and treatment services.

The position requires strong leadership, data analysis, and collaboration with local agencies and stakeholders to align programs with public health objectives and fiscal accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in public health, health administration, social work, business or related field.
• Experience coordinating and managing federal grant programs is preferred.
• Strong data collection, analysis, interpretation and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and oversee the Ryan White EHE grant, including deliverables, work plans and performance objectives.
• Oversee Subrecipients’ programmatic and fiscal performance and ensure HRSA/HAB compliance.
• Monitor and resolve issues related to contracts, budgets, and expenditures.
• Prepare and submit HRSA/HAB reports and required grant documentation.
• Coordinate with external partners to integrate EHE services and improve access to care.
