Job summary

The Department of Public Health for the State of South Carolina is seeking a Program Administrator to oversee Ryan White Part B EHE and HOPWA initiatives. You will coordinate with DPH divisions, manage grants, budgets, and subrecipient monitoring, and provide technical assistance to partners.

The role emphasizes collaboration, policy development, and rigorous reporting to HRSA and project officers. Hybrid work arrangements may apply after 12 months of employment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and experience in contracts and grant administration.
• Minimum qualifications include a bachelor's degree in public health, health administration, or social sciences.
• Master's degree preferred with 4 years of federal grant administration experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, administer, and implement RWB EHE and HOPWA programs with division staff.
• Serve as primary contact to HRSA and project officers and manage grant applications and reporting.
• Develop budgets, subrecipient allocations and monitor program expenditures.
• Monitor subrecipients through budget reviews, site visits, and meetings.
• Develop evaluation plans and communicate program outcomes to stakeholders.
• Provide technical assistance to subrecipients on program implementation and reporting.
• Back up RW Administration and RW Services teams when needed.
