About The Role
We are seeking an experienced and committed EHCP Coordinator to deliver high-quality, person-centred support for students with EHCPs.
You will manage a caseload of learners with complex needs, lead EHCP processes, and work closely with Local Authorities, teaching teams, and families to ensure effective support and positive outcomes. The role also includes managing a team of Learning Support Assistants and promoting inclusive practice across the college.
