We're looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Recruitment Assistant to join our friendly, supportive team at the University of Nottingham.
In this position, you'll play a key role in delivering an efficient and professional service to colleagues across the university. You'll provide administrative support throughout the recruitment process, offer guidance on HR related queries, and deliver excellent customer service to hiring managers, university staff, and new starters through email, MS Teams, and telephone communication.
This is an excellent opportunity for you to gain HR experience, covering the full recruitment life cycle; while navigating your career in HR.
To be successful you will be able to demonstrate your high levels of attention to detail and accuracy and have experience in a customer service administrative role. You will need to be resilient and comfortable working with high volume requests, as well as being adaptable and a good problem solver, actively looking for opportunities to improve our service for customers and our processes.
We are looking for someone who shares our passion for excellent customer service and who is a strong team player. You must have a positive, pro-active approach to your work, show flexibility and a willingness to learn new skills.

This post is offered on a permanent, full time (36.25 hours per week) contract.
If you are interested in part-time work (minimum 29 hours per week) we may also consider job share arrangements.
This role is based in the Human Resources Department on Jubilee Campus and will be offered on a hybrid basis with a blended approach of home and office working. Typically, you will work 2 - 3 days per week on campus.
