Job summary

Nottingham Trent University seeks a Learning Support Tutor to join the SEND team at Brackenhurst. You will provide person-centred support to learners with SEND, helping them achieve goals, build independence and thrive throughout their educational journey.

This on-site, term-time role offers a pro rata salary and a fixed-term contract until 10/07/2027, with interview w/c 31/08/2026. The team supports students from application through progression into further study or employment.

Qualifications

• We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Learning Support Tutor to join our SEND team at Brackenhurst.
• Provide person-centred support to learners through one-to-one sessions, group interventions and workshops.

• Support learners through one-to-one sessions, group interventions and workshops.
• Help students build confidence, resilience, study skills and academic success.
• Assist progression from application and induction through to further study or employment.
