Job summary

Collins Aerospace Shannon is seeking an experienced EH&S Lead to own site safety performance and drive improvements across regulatory compliance, risk management and sustainability, in a manufacturing setting.

You will partner with site leaders and employees to strengthen safety culture, lead investigations, coordinate training and deliver actionable insights to leadership, while ensuring aligned with Collins Aerospace policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental, Health & Safety or related discipline required.
• At least seven years of relevant EH&S experience.
• Experience in manufacturing, aerospace or chemical environments preferred.
• Proven ability to lead EH&S programmes, manage corrective actions and audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead EH&S compliance with Irish and EU laws and Collins Aerospace standards.
• Manage risk, investigations, and corrective actions on site.
• Build capability through training, reporting, and governance structures.
• Advance environmental sustainability initiatives and data-driven performance.
