Dow is seeking an EH&S Program Specialist to develop and maintain safety programs, ensuring regulatory compliance and continuous safety improvements at the Fort Saskatchewan site.

You will lead risk assessments, support the Path2Zero initiative, and coach teams on EH&S procedures while aligning with Dow's sustainability goals.

This on-site role offers opportunities to influence safety culture and drive operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED required.
• At least 3 years of EH&S or OH&S experience.
• Canada work authorization; visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily EH&S programs by applying safety standards.
• Ensure operations meet EH&S performance expectations.
• Provide guidance on EH&S policies.
• Serve as primary contact for environmental, industrial hygiene, and safety inquiries.
• Coach employees on EH&S procedures.
• Contribute to EH&S goals for the plant.
• Oversee compliance tasks and report findings.
