Job summary

Dow is seeking an EH&S Program Specialist to develop and maintain safety programs, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement in workplace safety. You will assess risks, train employees, and support Fort Saskatchewan's Path2Zero initiative toward net-zero emissions.

You will lead EH&S tasks, guide plant teams, and coordinate environmental hygiene evaluations, contributing to Dow's safety culture and operational excellence across the site.

Qualifications

• EH&S knowledge to implement work processes and drive improvements.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet stakeholders' needs.
• Experience leading EH&S projects and change initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily EH&S programs by applying established safety standards and protocols.
• Ensure plant operations meet EH&S performance goals using best practices in safety and environmental management.
• Provide guidance on EH&S policies and serve as a resource for plant teams.
