Job summary

Johnson Controls seeks an EH&S Coordinator to serve as the operating backbone of the Office of the Vice President, Environmental Health & Safety, and a coordinator of enterprise EH&S programs for the broader organization.

Reporting directly to the Vice President, EH&S, this role manages the VP's calendar, travel, meeting cadence, and executive materials while coordinating data, reporting, training, audit, compliance, and communication processes the function relies on.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting VP-level executives in a large organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Vice President, EH&S's calendar, priorities, inbox triage, and correspondence.
• Prepare the VP for meetings with agendas and pre-read materials.
• Coordinate complex domestic and international travel to plants and sites.
• Organize EH&S Leadership Team meetings and enterprise safety events.
• Maintain executive presentations and follow-up actions for closure.
