Echo Lake Foods is seeking a Food Production Line Worker to join our fast-paced production team in Wisconsin. You will operate and monitor line equipment, assemble packaging, inspect quality, and maintain GMP standards to ensure safe, efficient production of our egg-based products.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous experience in food production, manufacturing, or warehouse environments preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, repetitive environment.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production line equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assemble, process, and package food products according to specifications.
• Inspect products for quality, defects, and compliance with standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and safety procedures (including PPE usage).
• Assist with line changeovers and equipment setup as needed.
• Accurately label, pack, and palletize finished products.
• Report equipment malfunctions, product issues, or safety concerns to supervisors.
• Meet daily production goals and efficiency standards.
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors.
