Job summary

Daybreak Foods, Inc. is seeking a Processing Line Worker in a Food Processing (Eggs) facility in Wisconsin. You will operate and monitor line processes under the Processing Supervisor to ensure high-quality products while maintaining safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities include egg washing, quality checks, inventory flow, sanitation, and adherence to USDA standards. The role requires standing, lifting, and teamwork in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Food Manufacturing or Processing desirable.
• Safety programs and processes, such as Confined Space, LOTO, HazCom, etc.

Responsibilities

• Follow HACCP, SQF, cGMPs and regulatory protocols to ensure safety and quality.
• Grade and align eggs entering the washer section for process flow.
• Maintain cleanliness; prevent contamination and ensure proper handling of products and materials.
• Perform chemical checks and foam control in washers; re-wash eggs as needed.
• Grade eggs from washers and broken eggs from the breaking machine; remove impurities.
