Job summary

Echo Lake Foods is seeking a Mixer to accurately stage, weigh, batch, and mix ingredients for ready-to-eat egg products and breakfast items. This role ensures products meet quality, safety, and specification standards in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

You will follow approved formulas and SOPs, monitor mixing cycles, and maintain strict traceability and documentation for regulatory audits. The position emphasizes GMP adherence and a clean, safe work area.

Qualifications

• Must follow detailed production formulas, SOPs, and GMP requirements with high accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail in weighing, measuring, and recording ingredients.
• Ability to work in cold, warm, or humid production environments.
• Capacity to lift bags and ingredients up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, weigh, and batch ingredients according to approved formulas and batch sheets.
• Operate mixers and related equipment, monitor cycles, and ensure product consistency.
• Maintain GMP and HACCP compliance, including allergen control and sanitation.
• Complete batch logs and ensure traceability of ingredients and quantities.
• Keep work area clean and safe, alerting maintenance to issues as needed.
